LLM Wiki Makerは、本人が許可したZoomアカウントの完成済みクラウド録画と 文字起こしを使い、本人が選んだGoogle Driveへ検索できるWikiを作ります。 Zoomへ直接接続する方法では、動画本体を複製せず、Zoom録画ページへのリンクを残します。

Prerequisites

  • A Zoom account that owns or can access a completed cloud recording.
  • Cloud Recording and audio transcription enabled for the recording.
  • A Google account that can write to the Drive location selected for the Wiki.
  • Permission to add third-party Zoom apps. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app.

Add and connect LLM Wiki Maker

  1. Open LLM Wiki Maker and sign in with the Google account that will own the Drive output.
  2. Connect Google Workspace and select the Google Drive location for the Wiki.
  3. Open Settings, expand the direct Zoom connection section, and choose Connect Zoom. You can also start from the LLM Wiki Maker listing in Zoom Marketplace.
  4. Sign in to the Zoom account that owns the recordings, review the requested read permissions, and allow the app.
  5. Return to LLM Wiki Maker and confirm that the Zoom account is shown as connected.
  6. If the redirect or connection confirmation fails, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Use the app

  • Historical recordings: On the home page, open the Zoom section under historical import, choose a range of up to 31 days, select completed recordings with transcripts, and start the import. Keep the browser open while the selected recordings are processed one at a time.
  • New recordings: After the Zoom connection, Google Drive destination, and AI-processing consent are active, the app checks newly completed recordings automatically. Import starts only after Zoom has completed both the cloud recording and its transcript.
  • Output: The selected Drive receives the source transcript and metadata, unchanged transcript Markdown, meeting Wiki, organization/topic pages, and index/log updates. The Zoom recording page is kept as the video reference; the direct Zoom route does not copy the video file.
  • AI boundary: Video is never sent to LLM API. Only transcript text needed to generate the Wiki is sent. Existing Drive files are not read and sent as replacement source text.

Remove or deauthorize the app

  1. In LLM Wiki Maker Settings, open Zoom connection management, enter the displayed confirmation word, and choose Disconnect Zoom; or sign in to Zoom Marketplace, open My Library, find LLM Wiki Maker, open More, and choose Remove.
  2. The app stops future Zoom API access, historical listing, and automatic Zoom imports. A valid Zoom deauthorization notice deletes the stored Zoom user/account IDs, refresh token, and Zoom-specific consent record from the app database.
  3. Files already written to your Google Drive remain in your Drive and are not deleted by Zoom removal. Delete those files in Drive yourself if you no longer need them.
  4. For removal of the separate LLM Wiki Maker login record, use the support form ↗. Do not send passwords, API keys, or OAuth tokens.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid redirect URL: Start the connection from https://llmwiki.workashobby.com/settings or the Zoom Marketplace listing. Do not use a localhost, preview, or old Vercel URL.
  • Connection confirmation failed: Complete consent in the same browser, return to LLM Wiki Maker, and retry from Settings. Confirm that the Zoom account owns the target recording.
  • No recordings are listed: Confirm that the recording is a completed Zoom cloud recording, belongs to the connected Zoom account, falls within the selected 31-day range, and has finished processing.
  • Transcript unavailable: Enable Zoom audio transcription and wait until the transcript is complete. LLM Wiki Maker does not generate a Wiki from the video alone.
  • Drive output failed: Confirm that Google Workspace is still connected and the selected Drive destination exists and is writable, then retry the same recording.

利用前の確認

  • 対象録画を所有または閲覧できる本人のZoomアカウントを使います。
  • Zoomのクラウド録画と音声文字起こしを有効にし、両方の処理完了を待ちます。
  • Google Workspaceを接続し、Wikiを書き込めるGoogle Driveの場所を指定します。
  • 組織のZoom設定で外部アプリに管理者承認が必要な場合は、管理者へ承認を依頼します。

追加・接続する

  1. LLM Wiki MakerへGoogleで本人確認し、Google WorkspaceとWiki出力先を設定します。
  2. 設定でZoomの直接接続を開き、「Zoomを接続」を押します。
  3. 録画を作る本人のZoomアカウントで、表示された読み取り権限を確認して許可します。
  4. LLM Wiki Makerへ戻り、Zoomが接続済みになったことを確認します。

取り込む

  • 過去分: ホームの過去分取り込みで31日以内の期間を選び、文字起こしが完成した録画を選択します。処理中はブラウザを開いたままにします。
  • 新着: 接続・保存先・同意がそろうと、録画と文字起こしの完成後に自動確認します。
  • 保存内容: 文字起こし、metadata、会議Wiki、組織・トピック、index・logを指定Driveへ保存します。動画本体は複製せず、Zoom録画ページをリンクで参照します。
  • AIへの送信: LLM APIへ送るのはWiki生成に必要な文字起こし本文だけです。動画本体は送りません。

解除・削除する

  1. LLM Wiki Makerの設定でZoom接続を解除するか、Zoom Marketplaceの「My Library」でLLM Wiki Makerの「More」から「Remove」を選びます。
  2. 解除後はZoomの一覧取得と自動取り込みが止まり、アプリのDBにあるZoom ID、更新token、Zoom用の同意記録を削除します。
  3. Google Driveへ作成済みのファイルは利用者の所有物なので残ります。不要な場合は利用者自身がDriveで削除します。
  4. LLM Wiki Makerの利用登録自体の削除は問い合わせフォーム ↗から依頼してください。

うまくいかないとき

  • Invalid redirect URL: 旧Vercel URLやlocalhostではなく、正式URLの設定画面から接続を開始します。
  • 接続確認に失敗: 同じブラウザでZoomの許可を最後まで終え、設定画面から再試行します。
  • 録画が出ない: 接続した本人のクラウド録画であること、録画の完成、31日以内の期間を確認します。
  • 文字起こし不明: Zoom側で音声文字起こしが完成してから再試行します。
  • Drive保存失敗: Google Workspaceの接続、保存先フォルダの存在、書き込み権限を確認します。

解決しない場合はサポートをご確認ください。問い合わせ時にsecret、token、 パスワードを送らないでください。
